This is a system that guarantees the:

·   Interactive communication across the entire supply chain

·   Implementation of good production practices (or pre-requisites)

·   Danger control (HACCP principles)

·   Management systems requisites, common to any management system

It is a reference that has the advantage of being internationally recognised and that  comprises the HACCP essential principles associated to a management structure that can easily be integrated in the other company processes and that can be applicable on its own or together with other standards.

This certificate has come to join the ECOHOTEL certification by TUV, being complied to at Hotel Riviera since 2006, thus reinforcing its vocation ever more geared towards the quality of service rendered and the respect for the environment.
