- Welcome extravagances in the room: Espresso machine, still and sparkling mineral water, brut reserve sparkling wine and macaron biscuits.

- Extravagant Dinner Menu for two people at the “A Concha” restaurant, consisting of: starter — gratinated mussels, boiled prawns with fleur de sel and stuffed crab. Main course — sesame‑seared tuna, grilled vegetables and soy sauce. Dessert — chocolate demi‑cuit with a scoop of ice cream, Riviera Coffee (coffee, Licor Beirão and cream).

The classic just got even better!

One of the first brunches on the Estoril Coast, in an ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet style, offering an excellent variety of delights, ranging from eggs prepared in several ways to a wide selection of salads, starters and bakery items. And of course, the much‑loved grilled meat rodizio is a must!!

The chef has decided to spoil our loyal customers with a weekly surprise inspired by our grandmothers’ recipes. We don’t want to reveal too much… but we have some of the best “peixinhos da horta” and other regional bites.

Also, we have Show Cooking and each week there will be delicious dishes such as Fish and Seafood Rice, “Lagarada” Codfish, Linguine del Mare, etc., all cooked live in the restaurant.

The Riviera Brunch takes place on Sundays, from 12:30 to 16:00, and for only €29.00 per person you get all of this… and we almost forgot to mention… drinks are included (water, house wines, red and white, soft drinks, coffee and tea).
